THE BMS
DCS LFP Batteries are engineered to perform in the most harsh operating conditions. Every DCS LFP battery features DCS own custom and proprietary BMS that has been continuously refined and improved up since it was first introduced in 2018. The DCS 3S BMS is paired with our stand-alone DCS 16 channel 59.2A Active Cell Balancing System. Both have been designed to pass MIL-STD-810G (Method 514.6) vibration testing requirements which ensures that these batteries remain reliable even in the most punishing of conditions.
THE APP
All DCS LFP batteries also feature our comprehensive Bluetooth system that in conjunction with the DCS LFP App displays the following:
• Battery pack Voltage.
• State of Charge (SOC) % estimate via impedance tracking.
• Amp meter displaying real time charge and discharge current.
• Time remaining (estimate in real time).
• BMS Mosfet temperature status (for winching or large inverter loads).
• Battery pack cycle count.
• Cell status showing real-time active balancing operation.
• More accurate data compared to external battery monitors (shunts).
THE BATTERY
The 200Ah Slimline battery features a pair of terminals (one positive and one negative) on each side of the battery that are internally bridged with copper busbars. This provides more surface area for additional connections as well as the ability to run larger cables in parallel in conjunction with large inverters and when parallel connecting multiple batteries. The metal enclosure ensures that the battery is fully serviceable, even after the 5 year warranty period has expired, so that the battery can be serviced and components replaced. The unique form factor of these Slimline batteries make them ideal for installations locations that are space challenged.
THE CYCLE PERFORMANCE
This Battery is rated to achieve a minimum of 4000 cycles @ 100% DOD (when ≤ 80% of its original capacity retention has been reached @ 77F). That means that this battery is rated to achieve at least 4000 cycles by the time it has faded 20% from its original capacity, that is, when ≤ 80% of its original capacity retention has been reached.

I purchased my 200Ah battery from DCS and I couldn’t be more pleased. The battery provides reliably power to my truck’s appliances such as fridge and lights and I use it to charge another battery bank so I can set up an outdoor office while I’m on the road. I especially love being able to check via the app and know exactly how much power I have. Customer service was excellent, I had all of my questions answered.

Battery's are not something you think about much, unless they are letting you down in a moment of need. After being let down with other brands over the years, I decided to reach out to DCS USA to find a solution that I could depend on. With a very small amount of available space to work with on our van, Carl suggested the 200Ah LFP Slimline battery. The narrow form factor of the battery allowed it to slip right into a wasted space. The fit and finish of the case, as well as the large, solid electrical connectors are top notch. The charge rate of the battery allows it to quickly top up as soon as the sun comes out. The 200 ah capacity is more than enough for us to power our fridge/freezer, and camp off grid indefinitely when paired to our 400watt roof top solar panels. The smart phone app is awesome to be able to quickly check on the health of the system and have added peace of mind. If you are looking for the best, you found it.
