Return Policy

If an item is new, unused, and in the original packaging and all inclusions are present, we will accept a return up to 30 days from the original invoice date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the return. We do not accept returns of used products, products without their original packaging, or products purchased from any third party seller. 

If the product is assumed to be defective, we may require you to undertake a few tests and email us the results in order to enable us to accurately assess the condition of the product prior to authorizing the return. This may include charging and discharging the battery and provide us with voltage readings and screenshots from the DCS LFP App. We will then promptly assess the product and advise you if we believe it to be defective, broken or damaged. 

All returns are required to go through the Return Authorization Process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a copy of the original receipt or invoice are required. Any product returned without this information will not be processed. 

To submit a return request, please complete this Return Authorization Form and we will provide you with a RMA Number. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges outside of approved warranty claims. If a warranty claim is deemed valid, the customer will be refunded the return shipping cost at that time. 

A credit or replacement battery may be issued once the return is received. Credit or replacement will be determined based on the circumstances of the return.

Installation instructions and user guide are available on the resource page on the DCS USA Website. It is important to read these instructions carefully before installing or operating your product(s). DCS USA will not accept returns or provide repairs, refunds or exchanges resulting from the customers, or the customers installer’s acts, omissions, misuse or negligence.


Return Shipping 

The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return items to DCS USA, including tracking and insurance. Once received and if the product meets all return criteria, a refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase, less all applicable shipping costs and restocking fees. The product must be returned in its original packaging or the return will not be processed. 


Refund Policy 

If a refund is approved it will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. If a product has been authorized for a full refund it will be less restocking fee, shipping, taxes, duties or customs fees. If an exchanged or repaired product needs to be shipped to the customer, DCS USA will cover the shipping cost.
